We are proud to participate in the development of a new radiotherapy system. Namely, ScanTech contributed in the design and supplied the pulse modulator for the linac. The main advantage of the project is the use of a C-band klystron linac which has the same power characteristics as a more common S-band system but is practically half its size.

The klystron used for this project is the KIU-273 which technical specifications are listed in the table below:
